I think that having the frame made from a battery would have lots of problems. Like if the cells shorted and caused a melt down. Or an accident that would normally require a frame to be straightend.

I believe the best cars on the road are the hybrids.
Then when they get the hydrogen thing worked out there wouldn't be a burden on the grid . It's such a pain to stop during your trip to recharge for an hour or so.
I also like the roof being a solar panel along with the hybrid design.
