I've seen something like this before, but it had a microphone input for the voice.
No reason why they couldn't mix a stored voice envelope with the guitar tones.  But I HAVE seen some April fool's videos with outrageous stuff. Like  a used Frantone PeachFuzz pedal for $21,000.
