137ˋF using Acetone instead of water.
Not knowing if the acetone will expand when heated yet. I don't know too much about expanding gases.

Maybe alcohol would be a better choice.
Also maybe use a tesla turbine.

This Wiki page has a list of some fluids that have been used in Organic Rankine Cycles, but some are not the nicest to the atmosphere.

I was hoping it could be closed to atmosphere.
I tried a water bottle with some rubbing alchol on it in a bath of hot water at165 F and the bottle pressurizes. Not sure if it was just air expanding on it's own or the alcohol.
