No word yet on the parts.  It's like he doesn't want to reply to my emails.

I was just informed that a Senior Engineering Design team might be interested in making a Sharp style VAWT to put up on Calvin's campus.

But according to Peter, "They won't understand it".  🤣
Maybe you can get them to get some wind tunnel time at maybe General Motors in Warren, MI tech center.

Yeah.
I've been doing VAWTS etc. since 2007, I retired from the job in 2013. So the job was basically 15 hours per day with months away from home and I found time to do it then. WHAT ??? Now I'm retired and can't find 30 minutes.

I'm finding things that need addressing:
I should have had larger diameter holes for the hub.  It just needs a little more to go over the studs.  I'm trying to decide whether to drill them out or file a little off one side.
The three long skinny magnets do not like to sit next to eachother when the poles are aligned.  It will require some sort of frame to hold them together.

Regarding the magnets not playing nice with each other:
 Are they sitting on a steel rotor?
I've wanted a pair of non-magnetic pliers for handling magnets but they are expensive. Thinking of fabricating my own out of wood somehow.
